So, what’s our mission?

Protecting travellers – and supporting those responsible for their safety – is our business. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our 3 operation centres in Australia, Canada, and the UK, responding to the cries for help we receive from travellers across the globe.

So, what’s the job?

  • You'll be providing day-to-day support as the primary contact for the Salesforce platform, including user management, data maintenance, and troubleshooting (Level 2)

  • You'll be ensuring the health and upkeep of the Salesforce platform through regular maintenance and optimization efforts.

  • You'll be providing on-the-ground support and incident rectification during the go-live of our integration into the global Salesforce Case Management platform.

  • You'll configure and customize Sales and Service Cloudbased on requirements inclusive of creating/ updating salesforce dashboards and reports

  • You'll work closely with Salesforce users to collect feedback and provide enhancement ideas and provide ad-hoc training as needed

  • You'll assist users with production verification testing and user acceptance testing.

  • You'll assist the testing team with Salesforce regression testing for new releases.

  • You'll manage data (e.g., data cleansing, sandbox data preparation and backup, and restore, etc.). and the health of the org (e.g., update SSL certificate and apply security updates, etc.).

And what are we looking for?

  • You'll hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • You'll bring a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex, enterprise environment

  • You'll have obtained a Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (ex ADM301 or equivalent)

  • You’ll be experienced with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Cloud and Pardot is ideal.

  • You'll bring a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including customization, workflows, and data management.

  • You'll bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • You’ll have hands-on experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards and Email templates

  • Experience with popular Salesforce addons is considered a bonus (Conga, Ownbackup etc.)

  • You’ll have proven experience with providing end user trainings

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • An eagerness to learn and develop, with a "can do" attitude
