Zurich North America is hiring a Premium Audit Service Center Manager to join our team! We are open to hiring talent in Schaumburg, IL.

Job Responsibilities:

• May assist in performing quality reviews.

• Coaches and evaluates needs and strengths of direct reports.

• Manages workload and sets priorities in order to meet established deadlines.

• Provides assistance and training to new employees and other department staff.

• Researches, investigates, and resolves audit classification, audit procedures and audit extension questions and problems received from agents, insured, business partners and direct reports.

• Engages Premium Audit Leadership when necessary to resolve complex issues or seek technical direction.

• Performs other duties as required.

• Assists in the development and oversees the application of operating systems, including policies or procedures, operating structure, work, and information flow processes. Participates in projects aimed at creating or enhancing policy and data management systems.

• Assists in the preparation and management of operational reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Insurance areaOR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance areaOR

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Insurance areaAND

• Project management experience

• Supervisor experience

• Experience in audit and customer service management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Microsoft Office experience
