Medical Bill Review Associate II
Zurich is currently looking for a Medical Bill Review Associate II for our Schaumburg, IL office. This position will with minimal direction, handle research and resolve technical problems in the review of medical bills to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of medical charges in accordance with the national/local regulations and medical fee guidelines, usual and customary methodology, and/or special client instructions.
High School Diploma or Equivalent and No prior experience required in the Administrative Support areaOR
Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Administrative Support areaAND
Data entry experience
Microsoft Office experience
Strong knowledge of medical terminology
Strong communication skills
Experience working in a high production environment
Customer service skill
Ability to Multi task
Critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize
Investigate and resolve issues
