Full Time HR Service Center Representative
The HR Service Center Representative serves asthe primary contact to all employees/former employees and retirees on policies,payroll, benefits and other company communications. Handles customer serviceinquires and problems from multiple input channels in order to provideexceptional customer service and clear advice to customers.
Being a primary contact for current and former employees on payroll,benefits, and other Human Resources transactions
Providing excellent customer service
Needs to be resourceful in searching multiple systems for answers forinquiries
Interacting with one or more vendors in response to employee issues
Mandatory Overtime, as required
Client Internally Focused - The job’s coredeliverables rely on delivering service to internal clients, usually at theline manager or employee level. May involve sharing subject matter expertise toothers in the organization or supporting others in their efforts to deliver onour promise.
The position will involvesome training but will include being resourceful by assisting employees on thephone and via email throughout the day. The position will also need a personwho is detail oriented, collaborative and a team player.
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or moreyears of experience in the Customer Service area OR
Zurich approved Apprenticeship programincluding an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the CustomerService area
Inbound call center experience preferably in a multi-company supportrole
Skills in new hire processing (data entry), I-9s, or onboarding tasks preferred.
In-depth knowledge of benefits, policies, payroll and other HR-relatedissues as well as federal and state regulatory requirements
Experience with SAP, including Payroll or Benefits modules and ADP eTime
Ability to collaborate and be a team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills and detailed oriented
