Finance Automation Analyst


Job Summary

The core responsibilities of the Intelligent Automation CoE is to drive efficiency and effectiveness through automation in F&A, achieve greater quality, consistency and transparency from automated tasks, continuously improve automation capabilities and outcomes, own the governance standards, best practices and delivery framework and manage the day to day running of automation, analytics and cognitive processes.

This position assists in the transformation of regional business models by integrating emerging technologies into the existing operations platforms, utilizing a broad, enterprise-wide view of the business, incorporating strategy, processes, capabilities, enabling technologies and governance.

Client Internally Focused - The job’s core deliverables rely on delivering service to internal clients, usually at the line manager or employee level. May involve sharing subject matter expertise to others in the organization or supporting others in their efforts to deliver on our promise.

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Business Analysis area


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Business Analysis area


  • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Business Analysis area


  • Experience in Engineering, Consulting or IT

  • Experience in applying architectural principles to business solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience assimilating and correlating disconnected information, and articulating their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
