Cyber Incident Response Regional Team Lead
Zurich is currently looking for an Cyber Incident ResponseRegional Team Lead to work out of our North American head-quarters inSchaumburg, Illinois.
He/She will Lead, manage, and develop the regional Cyber IncidentResponse Team (CIRT). They will also manage the execution and delivery ofCyber Response Services for internal customers and coordinate response actionsand plans as part of an integrated Cyber Team with Threat Intelligence,Application Security and Vulnerability Management partners. Otherresponsibilities will include managing the daily operational tasks of theregional CIRT, partnering with peer Cyber teams to modify existing capabilitiesto adjust to changes in the security threat landscape, providingrecommendations for mitigating identified security risks using both technicaland non-technical measures, managing Response compliance effortsand managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the CyberResponse service is being delivered effectively/in alignment with targetedService Level Agreements.
BachelorDegree and 7 or more years of experience in information security or informationtechnology OR
HighSchool Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in informationsecurity or information technology AND
Knowledgeof project management tools and techniques
Understanding of the insurance or financial industry preferred
Understanding of a broad range of information security tools,techniques, and controls - Operating systems; threat mitigation techniques;enterprise vulnerability management processes
Understanding on malware analysis and/or network/endpointforensics techniques/processes - Emerging cyber threats; Extraction ofIndicators of Compromise (IoC) and how to leverage this information to enhancethe security monitoring capability
Experience with SIEM technologies and their deployments/tuning
Able to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical andnon-technical colleagues at all levels
Attention to detail and a high level of consistency in writtenwork
Ability to multi-task and to deliver succinct and fact-basedcommunications, both verbally and in writing
Management skills including planning, budgeting, coaching,interviewing/selection and performance management
Good interpersonal skills
Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Able to perform comprehensive “gap analysis” in search forefficiencies in existing Cyber Response processes
