International Service Specialist - Produce Team
Zurich is currently searching for an InternationalService Specialist (Produce Team) to work out of our New York (We will alsoconsider candidates to work out of our Philadelphia)office for our IPZServicing Team.
As a member of Zurich's IPZ Servicing Team you will enjoy theopportunity to fully apply and hone your communication and negotiation skills.Specifically, consult with Account Teams and manages end to end InternationalProgram servicing on international program business service delivery, includingcustomer service requirements, service proposition and handling of variousservice delivery issues in order to enhance customer experience.
Client Internally Focused - The job’s core deliverables rely on deliveringservice to internal clients, usually at the line manager or employee level. Mayinvolve sharing subject matter expertise to others in the organization orsupporting others in their efforts to deliver on our promise.
Our International Service Specialist is responsible for:
Manages the International Program servicing endto end and is the point of contact for customer on boarding of assignedaccounts.
Provide input into the development of customer specific, value added servicesfor existing and new customers of moderately complex accounts, as assigned.
Act as an account representative by responding to customers service issuesand coordinating with the appropriate business partner for resolution (i.e.claims adjusters, underwriters).
For new and existing customers, assist underwriting in documenting theservice proposition including agreed service deliverables and standards.
Deliverable and problem solving issues may relate to the domestic and/orinternational aspects of services related to policy issuance, regulatoryrequirements, reporting, risk engineering coordination, premium paymentprocesses, claims flow issues, and money/currency movement.
Handle specific requests from Underwriting by reviewing service planrequests, determining feasibility of requests and implementing customer-focusedservice solutions. This may involve contact with prospects and/or customers toresolve routine problems.
Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Service Delivery areaOR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Service Delivery areaAND
Knowledge of domestic and international regulatory requirements
Knowledge of Property insurance products and services, international business
Knowledge of the business environment, finance, economics and reinsurance
Effective communication skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong analytical and planning skills
Ability to effectively manage changing priorities
Ability to build networking skills
