Insurance Operations Support Analyst
Zurich is currently looking for a Insurance Operations Support Analyst to work out of our Overland Park, KS office.
This person will set up dealership accounts, maintain reinsurance programs while servicing field staff (Sales),including maintaining the incentive programs.Administer retro, reinsurance, and promotions programs for all products in order to execute new reinsurance accounts and make changes to existing accounts.
- Bachelors Degree and No prior experience required in the Customer Service area within the Finance and Insurance industry
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Customer Service area within the Finance and Insurance industry
--Support Sales Staff,
-Internal Customer service (field sales reps)
-Excel, Written and Oral Communication skills.
